DRIVER WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON CTH F. DRIVER STATED THAT HE WAS TRAVELING AROUND 55 MPH WHEN A DEER CAME RUNNING OUT OF THE WOODS. THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE TRIED TO STOP BUT HIT THE DEER. THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE FELT A CRUNCH IN HIS LOWER BACK WHEN HE FELL OFF OF HIS BIKE. THE BIKE THEN SLID ACROSS THE ROAD AND ONTO THE SHOULDER. THE DRIVER WAS TAKEN BY BIRCHWOOD AMBULANCE TO LAKEVIEW MEDICAL CENTER. THE BIKE WAS BROUGHT HOME BY A GOOD SAMARITAN. I THEN CLEARED.
