This docurnent provides the Federal Emergency Management Agency's determination regard"ng a re(JUest for a Letter of Map Amendment for
the properly described above. Using the information subnrlfi.,,,d and the effective National Rood Inswance Fliograrn (NFIP) map, we have
delermined that the struclure(s) on the propeity(ies) is/are not locintocr in the SHIA, an area inundated by the flood having a 1-percent chance of
being equaled or exceeded in any given year, (base flood), 1his docurner,it amends the effective NFIP map to remove the subject property from
the SFIIA located on the effective NFIP map; therefore, the Federal mandatory flood insurance requirement does not apply. However, the
tender has the option to continue the flood insurance requirement to protect its financial risk on the loan. A Preferred Risk Policy (PRP) is
available for buildings located outsidelhe SFHA- Intormationaboutthe PRP and how one can apply is enclosed,
