This docuimaent provides the Federal Emergency Management Agency's determination regarding a request for a Letter of Map Amendment for
the property described asabovee'. Using the information submitted and the effective Naaiion;'al Flood insurance Program (NFW) map, we have
determined that ttara structure(s) on the pro!f>wrty(ies) uslare not Iocater:l in the SFHA in area inundated by the food having as 1•jcercwut chance of
being equated or exceeded in 4any divers year (base flood). 'T his document warnends the offective'a NFIP map to remove ftaer �ubiect property from
the SFHA Ilocuatw'l on 'trues effective NFIP rnap'; therefore, the Federal mandatory flood insurance requirement doe's not apply. However, the
lender has flee option to continue the flood insurance requirement to protect its financial risk on the Loan. A Preferred Risk Policy (PRP) is
available for buildings located outside the SFHA Information about the PRP and haw one can apply is enclosed.
