making process for the Sawyer County Zoning Committee. The Zoning

comments why you either approved, denied, or tabled the request.

Re: Conditional use application - Don L. Swick et ux
Notice is hereby given that on June 16, 1995, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved with conditions the following application:
Part SWJ of the SWJ S 34, T 41N, R 7W. Parcel .11.5.
WD Vol 471 Records Pg 374. Parcel size is 100'x 1400'
containing 3.30 acres. Property is zoned Commercial
One and Wetland One. Permit is desired for the place-
ment of a mobile home by the owners of a small engine
repair service. No decision was received from the
Town Board.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee placed the following conditions: Approve
w/restrictions set by Township: septic & drainfield are adequate & mobile
home is removed within 2 years.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be compatible with the
surrounding uses and the area.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 16, 1996, if the actual
permit to place the mobile home has not been obtained by that date and placment
of the mobile home has not taken place by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Zoning Committee
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
