THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EQUIPMENT AFTER PICKING IT UP. 35. VERIZON OR HIS ARCHITECT/ENGINEER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS WHICH, IN HIS OWN OPINION ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
