Application requesfed for: Replacing an existing 12'x52.5'mobile home with a 21'31.5'

point of Nelson Lake. The new proposed house would be loca[ed 26'at the closest point to
Nelson Lake within the existing footprrnt and exponsion of[he footprint would be located further
from the water. With the landward expansion the proposed new house would also be 57'to[he
centerline of County Hwy T,o County Highway. 7his proper[y would be eligible for o 200 sq.fi.
expansion and a variance would be needed for a reduced lake set6ack ond a reduced road
sefback. The applicants are also requesting o porfion of this variance for an 8'x10'deck
reloca[ion that would not be within the same footprint bu[would be relacated further from the
water. Variance requested as: Section 6.1 of The Sawyer County Zoning Shorelond-Wetland
Protection Ordinance would require fhe prior gronting of a variance for any new sfructures
located doser thon 75'[o the OHWM. Section 4.11(1)of The Sawyer County Zoning Ordinonce
would require the prior granting of a variance for any new structure located closer than 75'to a
County Highway.
