This agreement,signed by owner of property attached, hereby certifies that, as a condition of issue of said Land Use Permit,
that the BUFFER ZONE on said property is in intact to a minimum depth of 35'landward from the ordinary high-water mark of a
waterbody or shall be restored in accordance with Section 17.0 SHORELAND VEGETATION REQUIREMENTS&Section 18.0
MITIGATION REQUIREMENTS, Sawyer County Zoning Shoreland-Wetland Protection Ordinance.
The owner(s)hereby agrees that all times in the future,the property subject to this Agreement shall comply with Section 17.0
SHORELINE VEGETATION REQUIREMENTS, Sawyer County Zoning Shoreland-Wetland Protection Ordinance in effect on
the date that the Land Use Permit is issued by the Zoning &Conservation Department. The owner(s)further agrees to allow
authorized representatives of the Governmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the following description between the
hours of 8:OOAM and 6:OOPM[Section 9.13(1) POWERS, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance]to inspect the structure(s)or uses
authorized by said Land Use Permit and to determine if the BUFFER ZONE exists and that it is being prese►ved.
Violation of this Agreement will authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning
Ordinance, injunctive relief, restoration of said prope�ty,citation fo�Shoreline Cover Removal,the revocation of said Land Use
Permit and the removal of all structures approved by the issuance of said Land Use Permit and the revocation of any other uses
approved by the issuance of said Land Use Permit.All pa�ties agree that this Agreement shall be filed with the Savuyer County
Zoning&Canservation Depaitment and recorded with the Sawyer County Register of Deeds.
