Property is zoned Fl and is within the Town of Hayward Comprehensive Plan,Future Use classificatlon as"Rual

Odober 2023,a similar LUP was reviewed and approved for Matz Saito Living Trust which is across the road from this
property.
Motion was made by Phil Nies,seconded by Pat Duffy,to recommend that the Town Board approve this land use permit �
request forthe construction of a year-round or seasonal dwelling in F-1 a W Ith the COC�dItIOC�S that �i
1) no further division of the parcel be made, 2) only one year- !
round or seasonal dwelling be allowed, 3)these conditions be !
placed on the deed, and 4) these convents can only be removed '
by the Town Board. Motion carried.
