that in compliance with Chapter 236 :34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and under
the di.rection of James Hunt , owner and agent , I have surveyed , divided and
mapped the land herein described , that said survey is correct to the best
of my knowledge and ability and that said land is located in Govt . Lots
1 and 2, Section 17, T.4� N, R. 3 W. and that part of this division en-

which is described as follows ;
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Govt . Lot 2, being an iron rod
on the top of the bank of the Nai-theasterly shore of Grindstone Lake ,
Thence S. 39° 36 ' 40" �, 45. 89 feet to the meander corner and the actual
point of beginning , Thence N. 30° 18 ' 10" W, along the mean�er line
