� This Privats Onsite Waste�vater Trextra�t System(POWTS}has been desegned,and is to be installed
and maintained according to SPS 383,Wis.Admin.Cade,ihe L�-Graund Soi!Absorption Component
� Manuai for Private Onsite Wastewater Trea�ment S�+stems(SBQ-10705-P;N.01/Ol),
� and the Sawryer County Private Sewage System Ordinance.

i. 'I`his POWTS has been designed to xcanmodate a maximum daily flo�v of 450
gailons of domestic waste�vater-per day.
The quality of influent discharged into the POWTS treatment or dispersal component shal I be
equal to or tess than atl of the follo�ving:
•a montbly average of 30 mg/L fats,oils and grease.
I •a monthly average of 220 mg/!.,BODS_
� •a monthly average of i 50 mg/L TSS.
I Wastewater shall not be discharg�to the POWTS in quanNties or quaiities that exceed these
' limits or that result in exceeding the enforcement standards ar�d preventative action limits
specified in ch.NR 1�#D Tables I &2 at a point of standards application,except as provided in
SPS 383.03(4), Wis.Admin.Code.
2.The owner of this POWTS is responsible for system operatian and maintenance.The follo�ving
maintenance shall occur�vithin three(3)years of the date of insta#(ation a��d at least once every
three years thereafter:
A.The septic ta�ik shAll be pumped by a certified septage servicing operator, licensed
under s281.48,Wis. Stats,�mless inspection by licensed master plumber or other
petson authorized to make such inspecfion,Finds less than one-third(1/3)of the tank
volume occupied by sludgs and scum.More frequent pu�nping may be necessary to
prevent soiids from exceeding on�third(1/3)of the vofume of the tank.
Wastes shall i�e disposed of by the pumper in accardance�vith Ch.NR I 13, Wis.Admin.Code. '
The septic tank/dose cl�amber is within I 50' and not more than I S' below the servicing pad
SPS 383.54(I)(e)states:"The management plan far a POWTS shall specifieally
add�-ess the servicing mechanics of an aerobic or anaerobic treatment tank ar a hofding
tank�v)iere eitiier of ihe folto�ving eonditions�xist:
1.The bottom of the tank is located more than 15 feet belo�v the elevation�vhere the servicit�g pad is Iocated.
2. The bottom of the fank is locatett more than 150 feet horizontxlly from�vliere dtie servicing pad is located.
At each pumging the putnper must visually inspect the condition of the tank,bat�'les,
risers and manhole cover and verify that any required Iocks are present.

Good Morning,
In a septic system, the pump would need to be submerged up to the cap on the Model 98. This
is about 10" from the base of the pump. The style of pump that you would need does not have
the float switch attached to it, it would need to be the BN98 model which has an external float.
