state that in compliance with Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes
I have surveyed, divided and mapped the land herein described, and
that to the best of my knowledge and ability this map is a correct
representation of the survey made. I further state that this survey
has been made under the direction of THOMAS DUFFY and HARRY MOELLER,

actual point of be9inning, Thence continue N 17°50 ' 43" E, along the
afuresaid right of way line, 308. 18 feet, Thence S 89°31 ' S2" W, along
the Southerly line of C.S .M. #2265, 1078.06 feet to a meander corner
on the Easterly shore of Grindstone Lake, Thence S 13°91 ' 15" E, along
the meander line of Grindstone Lake, 283. 38 feet to the end of said
