that in compliance with Chapter 236:34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and under
the direction of Hayward Iakes Realty, agent� I have surveyed, divided and
mapped the lends herein described end that said lands are located in the
recorded Plat of Round Lake Park, in Lota 44 and 45 there of, Section 23,
T. 41 N, R.8 M. and more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at ths eouthwest corner of said Lot 44, Round Ieke Perk Sub-
division, Thence S. '76° 18'10" W, along the south line of Lot 45,
230.41 feet, Thence N. 41° 28'10" E, 2']4.84 feet to a meander corner on
the southerly shore of Round Ieke, Thence along the meander line as follows,
S. 78° 18'30" E, 112.'78 feet, Thence s. 85° 54'10" E� �1.42 feet to the
end of said meander line, Thence S. 13° 45'00" E, 86.86 feet to the south
line of Lot 44, Thence S. '76° 18'10" W. , along the south line of Lot 44,

the meender line and the Waters edge of Round Leke between the parcel
