I , Robert R. Swanson, Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor ,
do hereby certify under the provisions of Chapter 236-34 of the
Wisconsin Statutes , and under the direction of Pat Boyle , owner
of said land , I have surveyed , divided and mapped the land herein
described , and that said land lies in the northwest one-fourth of
the northwest one-fourth (N.W. 4 of N,YJ.4 ) of Section thirty-four
, (34) , Township forty-one (41 ) Nor�th , Range nine (9) West , Town of
Hayward , Sawyer County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest cornez of Section 34-41-9� thence
South 1z07 . 85 feet to a P-K spike on the centerline of the Kadlec
Road: thence South 88°31 ' East along the centerline of the Kadlec
Road 715 • 82 feet to a P-K spike: thence North 0°06 ' East 33. 01
feet to an iron pipe on the north R .O .W. line of said Road which
is the point-of-beginning.
Thence North 0°06 ' East 264. 0o feet to an iron pipe;
Thence South 88°31 � East 165. 00 feet to an iron pipe;
Thence South 0°06 ' West 264. 00 feet to an iron pipe on the
north R.O .W. line of the Kadlec Road;
Thence North 88°31 � West along the north R.O.W. line of said
Road 165.00 feet to the iron pipe which is the point-of-beginning.
