TEMPORARY GUEST QUARTERS:Temporary Guest Quarters which are(ocated within or as part of an Accessory
Structure are subject to all the following conditions:
(1)Temporary Guest Quarters shall not exceed 50 percent of the gross floor area of the accessory structure with a
maximum of 499 square feet of temporary guest area.Square footage is measured as all area within the exterior

walls of the guest area and all area within the exterior walis of the entire area of the structure. Enclosed porches
will be included in these amounts;decks will not be included in these amounts.Guest areas including bathrooms,
utility rooms,entryways,and closets will be included in the square footage not to exceed 499.The creation of
walled off bedroom areas are prohibited.Storage area must be separate and segregated from any guest area (can
have a door from the guest area to the storage area).
(2) Maximum height of Temporary Guest Quarters Accessory Structure is limited to 35 feet from lowest grade to
highest peak.
(3)Plumbing, if installed, in the Temporary Guest Quarters Accessory Structure shall canform to the State&
Sawyer County Sanitary Codes. If there is an existing Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System(POWTS)on the
lot it must be sized to handle the number of occupants in the Temporary 6uest Quarters.
(4j Cooking and Food Preparation Facilities are prohibited.
(5)A Temporary Guest Quarters Accessary Structure shall require a Uniforrn Dwelling Code(UDC)Inspection.(6)
Leasing, rental or use as a residence is strictly prohibited.
(7)A"Bunkhouse/Temporary Quest Quarters Agreement"document is recorded with the Register of Deeds
outlining use restrictions prior to issuance of Land Use Permit.
(8)Temporary Guest Quarters Accessory Structures are subject to internai inspection by the Zoning Department.

this structure(i.e.no garage portian,no baih�oom portion,etc.).Plumbing af the Bunkhouse Accessoty Structure is prohibited.Cooking
and Food Preparation facili6es are prohibited.A Bunkhouse shetl require a votuntary Uniform DweNing Code(UDC)Inspeaion.The
height limit of the Bunkhouse Accessory Structure shall not excead sixteen(16)fesi from lowest grade to highest peak.Leasing,re�tal or
use as a residence is stricUy prohibited.
TemXaarary(,i�es!L��,�rier�which are bcated within or as part of an Accessary Suucture shall not exceed 50 percent of the gross
floor area of the accessory structure with a maximum of 499 square feet of temporary guest area.Guest areas including bathrooms,
utility rooms, entryways,and Gosets will be included in the square footage noi to exceed 499.The creation of walled off bedroom
areas are prohibited.5torage area must be separate and segregated from any guest area(can have a door irc>m the guest area to the
storage area).Plumbing,if installeci,in the Temporary Guest Quarters Aa:essory Structure shall cortiform to the State&Sawyer
County Sanitary Codes.If there is an existing Private Ons;te Wastewater Treatment System(PC3WTS)on the 1ot it must be sized ta
handle the number af occupants in the Temporary Guest Quarters.Cooking and food Rteparaiion Faciiities are pr�ibited.A
Temporary Guest Quarte�s Accessory Structure or bunkhouse shatl require a voluntary Uniform Dwelling Code(UDG}Inspection.
Leasing,rental or use as a residence is strictty prohibited.
The owner(s)further agrees to alfow authorized representatives of the Govemmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the
above desc�ipGon between the hours of B:OOAM and 6:OQPM,Monday through Friday.(Section 9.13(1}POWERS,Sawyer Caunty
Zoning Ordinance]to determine if Bunkhouse Accessory Structures or Temporary Guest Quarters meet specified ordinance
requiremenis and may be subject to intemst inspection by the Sawyer Couaty Zoning Department.
Viotation of this Agreement will authorize,in additian to other penatties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoni�g
Ordinance,injunctive reliei,restoration of said properry,citation for Falsifying Perm+t ApplicaGons. All parties agree that this Agreement
sha11 be filed with the Sawyer County Zoning&Conservation Department a�d recorded with the Sawyer County Register of Deeds.The
property is subject to this Agreement in perpetuity,regardless vf ownership transfer.
