� That I have surveyed , divided and mapped part of Government Lot
1 , Section 7 , T37N , R9W , Town of Edgewater , Sawyer County , Wisconsin ,
the exterior boundary of which is more particularly described as
follows :
Commencing at the east one -quarter corner of said Section 7 ;
thence S 12° 54 ' 16 " W , 2159 . 49 feet to the point of beginning on the
east line of C . T . H . " F" ;
thence S 83° 29 ' 32 " E , 274 . 42 feet to a point on the meander of
Lake Chetac , said meander point being 29 feet , more or less , from
the water ' s edge of Lake Chetac ;
thence S 14° 48 ' 43 " W on said meander 104 . 87 feet to a meander of
Lake Chetac , said meander being 23 feet , more or less , from the
water ' s edge ;
thence N 73° 55 ' 36 ° W , leaving said meander , 63 . 45 feet ;
thence S 84° 04 ' 24 " W , 46 . 00 feet ;
thence S 21° 04 ' 24 " W , 78 . 00 feet ;
