Notice is hereby given that on August 25 , 1988 , the Sawyer County Zoning
Board of Appeals approved the following application :
Lot 1 , part Govt Lot 4 S 20 , T 40N , R 8W excepting therefrom the
wetlands as indicated on teh Wetland Inventory Map . Parcels : 4 . 13
and : 4 . 18 . WD Vol 371 Records Pg 488 ; WD Vol 391 Records Pg 470 ;
and CS Vol 12 Pg 24 . Parcel size is 124 ' x 551 ' /563 ' containing
1 . 59 acres . Property is zoned RR-2 and W-l . Application is for
the construction of a 8 ' x 26 ' porch addition onto an existing
dwelling at a waterline setback of 34 feet . Variance is requested
as Section 4 . 49 ( 2) , Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance , prohibits
construction within 40 feet of the normal highwater mark of a lake .
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals : It would not be damaging
to the rights of other properties and it would be due to special
conditions unique to that area .
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the
legality of such decision within 30 days after the date of this notice .
