Owner; Edward H. Watts : Property Inspection
On this date, Mr. David Heath, Sawyer County Zoning Administrator,
and I visited the above property to determine if there was
sufficient area available (40 , 000 sq/ft) to support two dwellings ,
(the 36 ' X 40 ' new dwelling on LUP 90-288 and the existing
stone house) . Our measurements indicated that there is only
29 , 000 sq/ft available . Therefore , the stone house will have
to converted to an accessory building as indicated on LUP
90-288 .
