The plans have been reviewed for compliance with the code requirements set
forth in Chapter ILNR 50-64 of the rules of the department. Construction may
proceed subject to local regulations, but all items that are required to be
changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing :hat pzrt of the
work.
This plan has not been reviewed for comp;iance with Chapters II,HR �'L-86. the
plumbing rules of the department. �
You are hereby advised that the owner. as defined in s. iLHR 101.01 (21(e) of
the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible ior all code requirements not
specifically cited herein.
The ouilding w.ill be inspected during and aftei• construction. The owner
shall notify the state building inspector and the local officials before
taking possession of the building.
ILHR 50.15 EVIDENCE OF APPROVAL. The architect, professionaI engineer,
designer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, one set of plans.

ILHR 50. 12 (4) (a) Submit complete calculations for the non-uniformly loac:ed
40 'x16'a60' portion of the building per DILHR �900012-M reauirement . A]so
submit 17 gage purlin sizing calcula�ion for 22 ' bay between lines 4 & 5 and
third bay from South end between lines 7 8 8.
ILHR 53.23 (2) Adequate preventative measures shall be taken to prevent frost
forces from damaging the structure.
ILHR 54 .01 (2) (a) Plot plan does not cleariy indicate thar there are minimum

We have a contract to build a building for Hayward Wood
Products, Hayward, Wisconsin.
Enclosed please find one filled out application for land use
permit and a check for S503 . 00 , and a separate site plan by
the architects .
The architectural plans are scheduled for review by DILHR at
Hayward, Wisconsin, on Aug. 1 , 1991 . A set of plans will be
available for you after this date if you require this.
We would like to be able to start the site work on this
project at the last week in July. Would you please advise me
on this by phone or letter as soon as possible , so i can meet
with the excavators from Hayward.
