The architectural plans are scheduled for review by DILHR at Hayward, Wisconsin, on Aug. 1 , 1991 . A set of plans will be available for you after this date if you require this. We would like to be able to start the site work on this project at the last week in July. Would you please advise me on this by phone or letter as soon as possible , so i can meet with the excavators from Hayward.
