Enclosed is a copy of the Land Use Permit application for Modesto
Ferrer .
The application has been reviewed and was found to be in
compliance with the required setbacks , lot size , and minimum
floor area requirements .
The Certified Soil Test and the Sanitary Permit are also on file .
The actual permits will be issued soon.
The Builder , John 01son, has permission to begin construction.
This authorization is subject to approval from the Town of
Hayward and does not exempt the owner/builder from obtaining Town
approval and/or foundation permits .
