Parcel -4. 1 .2. QCD Vol 266 Records Pg 243; QCD Vol 352 Records Pg 347; CS Vol 3 Pg 278; and Plat Envelope 12. Parcel size is .83 acres. Property is zoned R-l . Application is for the replacement of an existing 20' x 26` cabin with construction of a 26' x 26' two story dwelling at a waterline setback of 50 feet to the normal highwater mark of Round Lake; and at a lot line setback of 11 feet. Variance is requested as Section 4.49 (2) , Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a waterline setback of 52 feet as the average waterline setback was determined at 52 feet; and Dimensional Requirements would require a lot line setback of 30 feet. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: Because there would be no change in the zone district; It would not be damaging to the rights of other properties; and due to special conditions of the lot lines.
