The present private sewage system has been working satisfactorily as far as disposing
of wastes. If the present private sewage system does fail, it will be replaced with

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ebner:
On Deptember 27, 1990, the Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals
approved your application for a variance on the following described real estate
to wit:
Parcel A being a part of Lot 1 Round Lake Park S 23, T 41N,
R 8W. Parcel -4. 1 .2. QCD Vol 266 Records Pg 243; QCD Vol
352 Records Pg 347; CS Vol 3 Pg 278; and Plat Envelope 12.
Parcel size is .83 acres. Property is zoned R-l . Application
is for the replacement of an existing 20' x 26` cabin with
construction of a 26' x 26' two story dwelling at a waterline
setback of 50 feet to the normal highwater mark of Round Lake;
and at a lot line setback of 11 feet. Variance is requested
as Section 4.49 (2) , Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would
require a waterline setback of 52 feet as the average
waterline setback was determined at 52 feet; and Dimensional
Requirements would require a lot line setback of 30 feet.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: Because there would be no
change in the zone district; It would not be damaging to the rights of other
properties; and due to special conditions of the lot lines.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appea]_s
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please refer to
Variance 90-019.
