The original plat had a restriction that no buildings could be built on the Outlot. However, subsequent to the filing of the plat, the zoning administrator ruled that a house couid be built and issued a building permit allowine the cunent owner, Willis and Eleanor Gorseoner; to build their home. The Goisegners now wish to se11 the same and the title company will not insure the title with the earlier plat restriction. The title company is requesting approval of all owners in the subdivision to remove this restriction. Hence, if you have no objection to this structure on the Outlot, would you kindly sign the bottom of this letter and retum it to me in the envelope enclosed.
