Dear Mr . Gibbish :
On October 25 , 1990 , the Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals
approved your application for a variance on the following described real
estate to wit :
Lots 14 thru 17 , Block 2 , Abendpost Beach S 30 , T 40N , R 8W.
Parcel -12 . 2 . 14-17 . LC Vol 446 Records Pg 101 and Plat
Envelope 39 . Parcel size is 100 ' x 120 ' containing 12 , 000
sauare feet . Property is zoned RR-2 . Application is for the
construction of a 22 ' x 24 ' residential garage on a parcel
containing 12 , 0000 square feet for the purchaser . Variance
is requested as Dimensional Requirements , Sawyer County Zoning
Ordinance , requires a minimum parcel size of 20 , 000 square
feet .
The Board of Appeals approved the variance with the stipulation that the
building can only be used as an accessory buildings ; it shall not be converted
to a dwelling at any time .
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals : There is no change in the use in
the zone district ; and it will not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values .
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of
Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to
review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this
notice .
In future correspondence , or in applying for permits , please refer to
Variance 90-022 .
