Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hyser:
On Thursday, July 23, 1992, the Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals approved
your application for a variance on the following described real estate to wit:
Part NE{ of the SW$ S 35, T 42N, R 9W. Parcel .9. 18. WD
Vol 411 Records Pg 58. Parcel size is 95' /122'x 182' /184'
containing .50 acres. Property is zoned RR-2. Application
is for the construction of a 10'x 14' diningroom addition
and an 8'x 10' screenporch addition onto an existing dwe11-
ing at a waterline setback of 30 feet from the normal high-
water mark of Nelson Lake. Variance is requested as Sec-
tion 4.49, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, prohibits con-
struction closer than 40 feet to the normal highwater mark
of the lake. Town Board has waived their decision.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Finding of Fact of the Board of Appeals : The addition is not going closer to
the lake than the existing. The location of the septic is a factor. It would
not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It is due to spe-
cial conditions unique to the property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please refer to Variance
92-030.
