I, David E. Tlusty, Registered Land Surveyor, do herek�y certify that, by
the direction of Ed Lesniak, owner, I hav� made the follow�_ng survey of part ot
the Southwest Quarter of the South��e5t �uarter (SW-SW) of Section 25; part of
Government Lot 1, Section 26; part of Government Lot 1, Sec;tion 35, and part of
the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW-NW) of Section 36, all in
Township 40 North,' Range 7 West, Sawyer County, Wisconsin, more particularly
described as follows:
Co�runencing at the North Quarter corner of said Sectior.� 36, thence
N 89°31'24" W, along the North line of the Northwest Quarte�r of said Section 36,
2422.89 feet to the point of real beginning, being also a point on the westerly
right-of-way of an existing town road; thence continuing N 89°31'24" W, along
the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 36, 65.44 feet; thence
N 0°28'36" E, 70.00 feet; thence N 89°31'�24" W, 254.88 feet to a meander corner
that is 37 feet, more or less, from the ordinary high water mark of the Chippewa
Flowage; thence S 8°23'40" W, along a meander line of the Chippewa Flowage,
336.25 feet to a meander corner at the end of said meander line which is 66
feet, more or less, from said ordinary high water mark of the Chippewa Flowage;
thence S 80°20'06" E, 218.74 feet to the westerly right-of-��aay of an existing
town road; thence N 4°09'02" E, along said westerly right-of-way, 70.65 feet;
thence northeasterly, continuing along said westerly right-of-way, 282.41 feet
along the arc of a curve concave to the east, and having a :radius of 278.20
feet, and measured along a chord bearing N 33°13'15" E, 270.44 feet to the point
of real beginning.
Said parcel being subject to exceptions, reservations, restrictions and
easements, if any, in use or of record.
I further certify that I have surveyed the above descr=ibed parcel according
to official records and Chapter 236.34 of the revised statui:es of the State of
Wisconsin; that the accompanying map is a true and correct i-epresentation of the
exterior boundaries of the land surveyed, and that this survey is correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief.
