Dear Mrs. Mueller:
Enclosed is a copy of the Land Use Permit application for Robert
W. Weeks et ux.
The application has been reviewed and was found to be in
compliance with the required setbacks, 1ot size, and minimum
floor area requirements.
The Certified Soil Test was filed several months ago. The
Sanitary Permit has not yet been received in our office.
Based on the information given on the Land Use Permit
application, the Contrctor, Rick Kreyer, has permission to begin
the footings. We would like to review the Sanitary Permit before
any framing begins.
This authorization is subject to approval from the Town of
Hayward and does not exempt the owner/builder from ontaining Town
approval and;or foundation permits.
