Dear Madam and Sirs:
On Thursday, June 25, 1992, the Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals approved
your application for a variance on the following described real estate to wit:
Part NW� of the SE} and part SW� of the SE� S 26, T 41N,
R 9W. Parcels . 14. 13; . 14. 15; and . 15. 14. Vol 485 Re-
cords Pg 101. Parcel size is 1.97 acres. Application is
for the installation of a driveway access onto CTH B at a
distance of 180 feet from the nearest existing driveway;
and the construction of a building at a waterline setback
of 50 feet from the normal highwater mark of a navigable
pond, by the purchaser. Variance is requested as Section
4.23 (1) , Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a
driveway setback of 300 feet onto a county trunk highway;
and Section 4.49 (1) , would require a waterline setback of
75 feet from the normal highwater mark of the pond. No de-
cision was received from the City Council, City of Hayward.
No decision was received from the Town Board.
The Board of Appeals approved the variance as submitted.
Finding of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the basis of economic
gain or loss; It would not be a self-created hardship; There would be no change
in the use in the zone district; It would not be damaging to the rights of others
or property values; and it would be due to special conditions unique to the pro-
perty.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please refer to Variance
92-028.
