Present garage is detached and about 40 feet from the house and 150 feet from
the lot line.
The present house is about 200 feet from the river and about 96 feet from the lot
line.
The proposed garage is to be 24 X 24 and attached as shown on the enclosed
drawing.
We are also putting on a new roof and changing some windows as well as
doing some work inside. We will also do some rewiring and probably be installing
elecffic heat.
