The foll�wing inf ormation is beinR provided f or the Special Use
Apnlication.
l. The dwellin� will not be sewered. There vrill be a sanitary
priv,y built to st��ndard requirements . The cabin will remain
primative for at least five ye�.rs when I am retired and then
I hoAe t� modernize it.
2. The propert.y fr��nts County, Chapel Ro�.d. Entry is �ained through
priv�te access.
3. Service u�ilities are existing on Ch�pel Road which fronts the
property.
4. I do not know if there is a school bus service past the property.
5. Fire �nd police prote ction are easily accessed to the propert.y.
6 . There is one "year round " property with in a quarter of � mile
to the West. That property owner has a�;re=�d to look after
my property.
I �*n in hopes this answers all questions nec�ss�ry to c{ualify for
the Special Use Application.
