I, Frank A. Aavel, Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor hereby certify
that I did survey at the request of the owners thereof Parcel "C" described
as follows :
That part of Government Lot 4, Section 17, Township 37 North, Range
9 b'Jest, Sawyer County� Wisconsin described as coimnencing at the Southeast
corner of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 37 North, Range 9 West;
thence North along the East line of said Government Lot 1 350.00 feet;
thence at right angle, perpendicular to the said East line, running East
238.00 feet to the place of beginning; thence Northeasterly 271 feet,
more or less , to a metal stake located at the waters edge of Big Lake
Chetac at a point 262.00 feet East from the East line of said Government
Lot 1 and establish Point "A" ; thence beginning again at the place of
beginning; thence East at right angle to the East line of said Government
Lot 1 100.00 feet; thence North parallel to the East line of said
Goverrnnent Lot 1 185 feet� more or less, to the waters edge of Big Chetac
Lake ; thence Northwesterly along the waters edge of said Lake to Point "A'� ,
containing approximately 0.49 acres; together with an easement for ingress
and egress over the fifty foot wide private roadway as shown.
I further certify that in making the above survey I complied with
the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin Statutes relating thereto.
