�j The Minneapolis, St Paul , Sioux St. Marie Railroad relinquisl�ed 100' of railroad right-
;; of-way to the Town of Edgewater in 1931 . As recorded for all to see in the official town
i record of the Annual Meeting April 1931 a resolution passed unanimously by those present
I to further relinquish all Town rights to owners of said lands adjacent to that 100' of
;; railroad right of way. In regard to that 100' in this designated parcel, the Town of
�j Edgewater does on this date relinquish its rights to the property known as Fred Thomas
„ Resort, Inc. ; noting that in the year approximate 1941 the County of Sawyer received the
'; 66' right of way centered into said 100' right of way to lay county road "F" as it is
today. That road right of way shall remain unaltered by this agreement. Thereby desig-
� � nating a 17' right of way on either side of county road "F" as the property of the
�� Fred Thomas Resort, Inc. , further identified in CSM #2523 recorded Jul 17, 1987 Vol. 11
