I , Robert R. Swanson, Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor,
do hereby certify under the provisions of Chapter 236 . 34 of the
Wisconsin Statutes , and under the direction of Warren Ogren, owner
of said land , I have surveyed , divided , and mapped the land herein
described and that said land lies in Gov' t Lot two (2 ) , Section
' four (4) , Township thirty-nine (39) North, Range nine (9 ) West ,
Town of Bass Lake , Sawyer County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the rortheast corner of Gov' t Lot 2 - Section

Gov't Lot , 100�. 66 feet (description 1203. 80 feet) to a spike:
thence South 2 58 ' West 1168. 00 feet to an iron rebar which is the
point-of-beginning:

to a spike ;
