I , Robert R. . Swanson, Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor ,
do hereby certify under the provisions of Chapter 236. 34 of the
Wisconsin Statutes, and under the direction of Roger V. and Sharon
M. Hartnett , owners of said land , I have surveyed, divided and
mapped the land herein described and that said land lies in the
fractional east one-half of the northeast one-fourth (Frac . E2 of
' N .E.;) of Section five (5) , Township forty (40) North, Hange nine
(9) west , Town of Bass Lake , Sawyer County, Wisconsin described �as
followss
Commencing at the north 4 corner of Section 5-40-9: thence
east along the north �ine of said Section 1306• 21 feet to an iron
pipe: thence South 2 21 � �ast along the Aubart Road 642. 00 feet
to a Y-K spike which is the point-of-beginning.
Thence East 696. 00 feet to an iron pipe.
Thence South 2°21 ' East 301 .00 feet to an iron pipe.
Thence West 696.00 feet to a P-K spike in the Aubart Road.
Thence North 2°21 � West 301 • 00 feet to the P-K spike which
is the point-of-beginning.
Said lots are subject to the joint use of the 66 foot Road
Easement as shown on the map.
Said lots are subject to easements and reservations of record.
Said lots forbid the placement of mobile homes.
