I, LYLE L. ELLIOTT, registered land surveyor hereby certify that by the direction of
ALEXANDER SCHIRGER, I have surveyed and mapped the land parcel which is represented by
this Certified Survey Map:
That the exterior boundaries of the land parcel surveyd and mapped are described as follow;
A part of Government Lot 2,'Section 36, Township 40 North, Range 9 West, Town of Bass Lake,
County of Sawyer, State of Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 36, thence N 90000/00/1 E along the
North line of Section 36, 1678.21 feet; thence S 901512011 W 800.47 feet to an iron pipe
being the point of beginning:
thence N 890h5'!3" E 1414.08 feet to an iron pipe on the shore of Johnson Lake;
thence S 32012'39" W on a meander line of said Lake 79.99 feet to an iron pipe;
thence S 1030'2t1" W on said meander line 162.35 feet to an iron pipe;
thence S 230116'36" W on said meander line 101.33 feet to an iron pipe;
thence N 75032'36" W 394.83 feet to an angle iron;
thence N 9003'31" E 230.38 feet to the point of beginning, said parcel contains 2.62
acres more or less, including all land from said meander to the waters edge, and subject
