Dear Mr. Dachow:
On Januar}� 23, 1992, t:ie Sawyer County Zoning Board of Anpeal� denied and approved
your application for a variance on the following described real estate to wit:
Parcel in Govt Lot 3 S 32, T 40N, R 5W. Parcel :3.2. WD Vol
384 Records Pg 54 and CS Vol 6 Pg 216. Parcel size is 150' /162'
x 93' /147' containing 17,950 square feet. Property is zoned R-1 .
Application is for the construction of a do?elling at a waterline
setback of 45 feet from the normal highwater mark of Barker Lake
on a parcel containing 17,950 square feet by the purchaser. Var-
iance is requested as Section 4.49, Sawyer County Zoning Ordin-
ance, would require a waterline setback of 65 feet as the aver-
age waterline setback was determined at 65 feet from the normal
highwater mark of the lake; and Dimensional Requirements, re-
quires a minimum parcel size of 20,000 feet. Town Board has ad-
ditional comments.
The Board of Appeals denied the waterline setback of 45 feet. Approved road
setback of 50 feet; and approve parcel size of 17,950 square feet.
Findi_ng o�� Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the convenience of
the owner; it would not be a self-created hardship; there is no change in
zone district use; it is not damaging to the rights of others ; and due to
special conditions unique to the property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decisi.on of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days a£ter the date of this notice.

92-002.
