Vacant Property
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Berndt:
On 09 June 1996, I wrote you a letter requesting that the 8' x 8' storage building be
removed from your property by Friday, Ol July 1994 unless you initiated the process to
have a Land Use Permit issued far the construction of a dwelling. If you recall, the
Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance does not allow accessory buildings on vacant
properry.
On Tuesday, 15 October 1996, while checking property in the Town of Winter, I
❑oticed that the storage building was still on the property and that a new dwelling had
not been constructed. Upon returning to the office, I checked our permit files and I
noticed that you were issued a Land Use Permit (#94-160), on 23 June 1994. This
permit expired on 23 June 1995 and was not renewed.
The storage building must be removed by Friday, 15 November 1996. Failure to
remove the building will result in the issue of a citation by this office.
Please contact this office if you have any questions or comments. Office hours are 8:00
A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
