The portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
(NW1/4SW1/4) , Section Thirteen ( 13) , Township Thirty-seven (37 )
North, Range Seven (7 ) West, enclosed by a boundary whose point
of beginning is the Northwest corner of the NW1/4SW1/4, running
from said point of beginning in an Easterly direction along the
Northern boundary of said NW1/4SW1/4, 33 feet; thence South 1100
feet; thence East 167 feet; thence South to the Southern boundary
of said NW1/4SW1/4; thence in a Westerly direction along the

have electricity or plumbing at this time. There are no existing
service utilities to the property. Electric and phone lines do
run near the Northwest corner of the property along Blomberg Rd.
Access to the property is via a private road off of Blomberg Rd.
We are not aware of school bus service on Blomberg Rd. , but as
this will be a seasonal dwelling (not our permanent residence) ,
there is no need for bus service.
There are other year round residents living within a mile of the
property (on Blomberg Rd. ) .
Fire (Winter Fire Dept. ) and police (Sawyer Co. Sheriff)
