Kay Route 2 Box 74AA Stone Lake, Wisconsin 54876 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kay: On Thursday, June 23, 1994, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application for a variance on the following described real estate to wit: Lot 14, Highland Park S 23, T 39N, R 9W. Parcel -6. 14. 1. WD Vol 239 Records PG 684 and Plat Envelope 22. Parcel size is 100' x 310'/354' containing .55 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational Two. Application is for the construction of a 15' x 16' addition onto an existing dwelling at a waterline setback of 55 feet from the nor- mal highwater mark of Whitefish Lake. Variance is re- quested as Section 4.49 (1) , Sawyer County Zoning Ordi- nance, would require a waterline setback of 75 feet from the normal highwater mark of the lake. Town Board has approved. The Board of Appeals approved the variance for a 15' x 18' addition. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone district; it would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values; it would be due to special conditions unique to the property. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
