All that part of Government Lot One ( 1) and Government Lot Seven
(7) , Section Seventeen ( 17) , Township Thirty-eight (38) North,
Range Nine ( 9) West more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the meander corner on the South shore of Lake
Sissabagama and on the East line of said Section 17, the actual
place of beginning; thence runninq South 65' 15 ' West along the
shore line 160 feet; thence running South parallel with the East
line of said Section 17, 290 feet to a point; thence South 78'50 '
West a distance of 305 feet more or less to the Easterly bank of
the Creek adjoining Lake Sissabagama and Mud Lake; thence in a
Southerly direction along the aforesaid bank a distance of 60 feet
to a point; thence in an Easterly direction to a point on the East
line of said Section 17, 545 feet South of the point of beginning;
thence North on said East line 545 feet to the actual place of
beginning, excepting therefrom the following described parcel of
property: Beginning at the meander corner on the South shore of
Lake Sissabagama and on the East line of said Section 17; thence
running South 65' 15 ' West along the shore line 160 feet; thence
running South parallel with the East line of said Section 17, 315
feet; thence running East to a point on the East line of said
Section 17, 345 feet South of the point of beginning; thence North
on the aforesaid East line 345 feet to the actual point of
beginning.
Subject to road easement over and across parcel being conveyed
pursuant to this offer and acceptance thereof dated September 6,
1972. Said road easement being for the purposes of ingress and
egress of third parties. Included in this deed is a right of way
easement for the purposes of ingress and egress across Government
Lot 7;Government Lot 3 �nd the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest`
