SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE;
I WILLIAM T. MARX, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that by the direction of Jon A. and
Martha G. Heisel, I have surveyed, subdivided, and mapped a parcel of land within the Northwest
one—quarter of the Southeast one—quarter and the Southwest one—quarter of the Southeast one—
quarter, Section 16, Township 41 North, Range 7 West, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
More particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the South one—quarter corner said Section 16; thence N 10' S2' 54" E along the
North—South quarter line 1187.82 feet to an iron pipe; thence S 72' 29' 21" E, 441.69 feet to an
iron pipe at the point of beginning; thence N 2T 04' 06" E, 478.61 feet to an iron pipe on the
shore of Tiger Cat Flowage; thence along a meander line as follows;
S 29' 52' 40" E, 61.81 feet to an iron pipe; thence S 54' 54' 18" E, 188.04 feet to an iron pipe;
thence S 55' 31' 51" E, 150.15 feet to an iron pipe at the end of said meander line; thence
S 10' 52' 54„ W, 511.70 feet to an iron pipe on the northerly right—of—way of town road; thence
along said right—of—way as follows:
70.44 feet along the arc of a curve to the right whose chord bedrs N 51' 05' 32" W, 70.37
feet to an iron pipe; thence N 46' 46' 17" W, 308.37 feet to an iron pipe; thence 167.76 feet
along the arc of a curve to the left whose chord bears N 65' 46' 00" W, 164.70 feet to the
point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 201,138 square feet (4.6175 acres) more or less, and includes all lands
between said meander line and the ordinary high water mark of the Tiger Cat Flowage; said parcel
subject to easements or restrictions of record.
I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The
attached map is a true and correct representation of such survey.
