Dear Mr. Knoblauch:
We have reviewed your application for a Land Use Permit in order to
construct a dwelling on the above described real estate .
The soil test and proposed location of the septic system was also
reviewed. According to the sketch of the location of the proposed
septic system, it appears your dwelling constructed at 75 feet from
the ordinary highwater mark will be encroaching into the setback
for the alternate system.
Please review the sketch enclosed. We believe the dwelling will
need to be constructed at a waterline setback of 105 feet if the
dwelling is a below grade foundation. The setback from a habitable
slab is 15 feet from the drainfield. The deck may be 15 feet from
the drainfield.
If you wish to construct the dwelling at the 75 foot setback, a new
soil test would be required to locate the septic system in another
area of the property.
For your convenience , an additional application is enclosed.

That on the order of Janis K. Bergum, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in part of the NE 1/4 - SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 - NW 1/4 of Section 16, T.41 N., R. 7 W., in the Town of

To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the SW corner of said Section 16, and run S 84° 33' 46" E, 409.14
