SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
I, Larry T. Nelson, registered land surveyor in the State of Wisconsin, hereby certify:
That on the order of Robert Bergum, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in part of the NE 1/4 - SW 1/4, of Section 16, T. 41 N., R. 7 W., in the Town of Round Lake, Sawyer
County, Wisconsin.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the SW corner of said Section 16, and run S 84° 33' 46" E, 409.14
feet, along the south line of said Section 16; Thence leaving said south line, N 41° 27' 44" E, 130.34 feet, along
the centerline of a 33 foot wide access easement; Thence continuing along said centerline N 26' 00' 17" E, 305.83
feet; Thence N 67' 49' 13" E, 382.93 feet; Thence N 31° 27' 07" E, 282.02 feet; Thence N 38� 00' 47" E, 341.45
feet; Thence N 68° 41' 07" E, 134.31 feet; Thence N 45° 53' 10" E, 128.91 feet; Thence N 14° 04' 31" E, 292.18

276.51 feet to a meander corner that is 52'+/-, N 08° 46' 45" E of the waters edge of an unnamed lake: Thence
along a meander line near said waters edge, S 52° 08' 48" W, 202.86 feet; Thence N 68°31'51" W, 253.75 feet to
a meander corner that is 56 feet +/-, N 00' 58' 22" E of said waters edge; Thence leaving said meander line,

Parcel contains 169,456 square feet +/-, which is 3.89 acres+/-, including that land lying between the meander line
and the waters edge of the unnamed lake and the extensions of the lot lines to said waters edge.
