I, Larry T. Nelson, registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin, hereby certify:
That on the order of Ed Tworek, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land located
in the NE 1/4 - NE 1/4 of Section 7, T.41 N, R.7 W, being part of CSM #3112 and #3555, in the Town of Round
Lake, Sawyer County.�
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 7; Thence along the east line
of said Section 7, S 01° 04' 13" W, 488.71 feet; Thence leaving said east line, S 89° 32' 38" W, 412.14 feet to the
easterly right of way line of Farnsworth Road which is the actual Point of Beginning.
Thence from Point of Beginning by metes and bounds.
Continuing along said right of way, N 0° 28' 43" W, 35.00 feet; Thence N 41° 40' 51" W, 176.30 feet; Thence,
leaving said right of way N 30° 23' 21" E, 131.44 feet to a meander corner which is 27 feet +/-, S 30° 23' 21" W of
the waters edge of Tiger Cat Flowage; Thence along a meander line r�ear said waters edge, S 35° 15' 30" E,
141.99 feet to a meander corner which is 63 feet +/-, S 33° 15' 46" W of said waters edge; Thence
N 71° 16' 43" E, 62.37 feet to a meander corner recorded in CSM #3555; Thence S 33° 33' 04" E, 85.46 feet to a
meander corner which is 31 feet +/-, S 21° 35' 19" W of said waters edge; Thence leaving said meander line,
