A parcel of land located in tlze SE;-NW4, Section 7, Zbwnship 41 North,
Range 7 West, described as follows: Comreazcing at the Southeast corner
of the SF}4-NV�, Section 7, Zbwnship 41 North, Range 7 West, thence North
03 degrees West along the East line of the said SE4-N4� a distanoe of
867.5 feet to an iron pipe which is first point of dete�nination, thence
West a distanoe of 877.2 feet to an iron pipe located on the water's
edge of Mirror Lake which is known as place of beginning; thence
retracing on the san�e line to first point of determination, thence
North 03 degrees West along the East line of the said SF}4-NW4 a dis-
tance of 88.0 feet to an iron pipe, tt�noe North 89 degrees 40 minutes
West a distance of 900.5 feet to an iron pipe located on the water's
edge of Mirror Ialce, thence Southerly along the water's edge of Mirror
Lake a distance of 100 feet to pla�e of beginning.
Reserving all roads where rx�w constructed.
Saving, excepting and reserving to said parties of the first part and
