The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2 of �NW 1/4 )
of Section Thirty-four (34 ) , Township Thirty-eight ( 38 ) North ,
Range Seven (7) West .
The Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-seven ( 27 ) ,
Township Thirty-eight (38 ) North , Range Seven (7 ) West , except that
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of
SW 1/4) , Section 27-38-7 described as follows: Beginning at the
Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 , thence West 270 feet ;
thence South at right angles 147 feet ; thence East at right angles
270 feet; thence North 147 feet to the point of beginning . ALSO
excepting that part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 , of Section 27-38-7 ,
described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said
