SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
I, Mark E. Krause, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a request
from FOUR SEASONS REALTY, I have caused the hereinafter described lands to be surveyed
and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to my best knowledge and belief this
Certified Survey Map is a true and correct representation of that survey;
THAT the exterior boundary of the land parcel surveyed and mapped is described as
follows:
A parcel of land located in Government Lot 2 and 3, Section 13, Township 39 North, Range
06 West, Town of Ojibwa, County of Sawyer, State of Wisconsin and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Center Quarter Corner of Section 13 being the Point of
Beginning;
THENCE SOl°05'57"W 1315.83 feet along the East Line of Government Lot 2 to the
Southeast Corner of Government Lot 2;
THENCE N88°51'36"W 37.65 feet along the South Line of Government Lot 2;
THENCE NO1°00'05"E 45.63 feet;
THENCE N34°28'S1"W 681.16 feet;
THENCE NO1°51'44"E 240.00 feet;
THENCE N89°03'S2"W 927.09 feet to a Meander Line of the Chippewa River;
THENCE N33°38'O1"E 212.63 feet along said meander line;
THENCE N18°59'52"E 217.20 feet along said meander line;
THENCE N31°58'59"E 218.88 feet along said meander line;
THENCE N87°03'52"E 643.43 feet;
THENCE SO1°51'44"W i43.77 feet to a point on the North Line of Governement Lot 2;
THENCE S89°22'38"E 424.58 feet along the North Line of Goverrunent Lot 2 to the
Point of Beginning.
This parcel contains 929,897 square feet (21.35 acres) more or less and includes
those lands lying between the Meander Line and the shore of the Chippewa River as
shown on the map and is subject to easements and restrictions of record.
THAT such map is a correct representation of all of the exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the division thereof;
THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin
Statutes in surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
SURVEYOR'S NOTES
1. The elevations shown on the meander pipes are near U.S.G.S. elevations. The
elevations are noted for reference only.
2. An existing high voltage powerline is 2-3 feet westerly of the westerly lot line
of Lot 8 of this Certified�Survey Map.
3. Knapp Road a town road extends into the SE; of the SW4 and the SWQ of the SE; of
Section 13, T39N R6W. An existing access road and easement continues North to
near the SE Corner of Govt. Lot 2 and provides access to adjacent lands to the
North and East.
The 66 foot easement covers the existing easements plus providing additional area
to improve the existing access roads. A road easement also exists over the
