Hi Jay,
Yes,the entire new structure, and deck, is behind the 75' OHWM setback. Your yellow flags are still in the ground there,
and the new house corners are staked out.The deck and screen porch I think are painted on the ground. But yes, I just
staked this with the owners on Monday and all is behind 75', from the wetland area as well.

Reviewing the Obert Land Use Permit again and I have these attached drawings as part of the permit. I wanted to
confirm that the entire structure including the attached deck on the house was beyond the 75'.The opened sided
structure provision would not work for this property if they are going to keep the other deck landing area by the water
which was recently granted a permit (other deck land area to be removed). Can you please confirm the setback
distance to the OHWM including the wetland area that would have an establish OHWM.
