I , David E. Tlusty, Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify
that, by the direction of Ed Lesniak, owner, I have made the following
survey of part of Government Lot 1 , Section 35 , Township 40 North,
Range '7 West, Sawyer County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 35 , thence
S 4 �04'08" E, along the East line of said Government Lot 1 , 1305. 09
feet to the point of real beginning, being also the Southwest corner
of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36 ; thence
N 89' 29' 38" W, 202 . 65 feet to a meander corner which is 52 feet more
or less from the ordinary high water mark of Lake Chippewa; thence
S 17'05'25" E, along a meander line of Lake Chippewa, 82 . 39 feet;
thence S 42� 46' 34" E, continuing along said meander line, 229 .97 feet;
thence S 54� 29 ' E, continuing along said meander line, 51 . 42 feet to a
meander corner at the end of said meander line, which is 108 feet more
or less from said ordinary high water mark; thence N 4`04'08" W, along
the East line of said Government Lot 1 , 276 . 34 feet to the point of
real beginning, including all land lyinq between the described meander
line and the ordinary high water mark of Lake Chippewa, between the
parcel lines extended.
Said parcel subject to exceptions, reservations, restrictions and
easements, if any, in use or of record.
I further certify that I have surveyed the above described
property according to official records and Chapter 236. 34 of the
revised statutes of the State of Wisconsin; that the accompanying map
is a true and correct representation of the boundary of the land as
surveyed and divided, and that this survey is correct to the best of
