As we discussed today, a Land Use Permit is required by the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance for structures greater than 100 squaze feet. This includes decks/patios whether or not they are attached to another structure. Presently, there are two new decks in your RV park that were constructed without Land Use Permits. The permit fee for each deck is $75.00. I am e�closing six (6) permit applications, two for the new decks and the remainder for future use. Please have the two required applications, with checks in the amount of $75.00 each, in this office by Friday, June 20, 1997. The checks shall be made to the "Sawyer County Zoning Administration."
