Re: Reeder's Recess Condominium, Parcel .9.13, and Parcel .9.3,
530, T40N, R07W, Town of Hunter: Owner's Proposal to Add
Parcel .9.3 to the Condominium so that the New Total Square
Footage �dould A11ow for the Construction of an Additional
Dwelling on Parcel .9.3
The total square footage of the condominium the7Ma24inanDetartment.
of parcel .9.3 is 46, 560, as calculated byarcel .9p3 gs 118,806
The combined total o� the condominium an000 (minimum square
square feet. This value, divided by 2�,
footage requirement fo� a principal building in a resort/ condominium) ,
gives a value of 5.94, (6) units allowed. Since there already
exists six principal buildings on the condominium combined with
parcel .9.3, it wouid not be to the advantage of the Reeder's
to combine parcel .9.3 with the condominium.
The above information was discussd with Mrs. Reeder on 30 October
1995. Mrs. Reeder was also to1d, thatthisabuilding�wouldWhaveng
was to be constructed on pauare feet and at a minimum of 230
to be on it's own 20,000 sq
feet from the shoreline.
