exterior boundary of which is more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the east one -quarter corner of Section 7 ; thence
S 12 54 ' 16 " W , 2159 . 49 feet ; thence S 17 00 ' 00 " W , 140 . 00 feet to the
point of be.ginning on the east line of C . T . H . " F " ;
thence S 68 55 ' 36 " E , 162 . 90 feet ;
